This is the Vintage Classic 1893 Erlanger Brewing Beer Distributor Cloth Patch 1970s  NOS New, which the Delivery People had sewn on their shirts or hat.
Looks like this is from the 1970s
near 3.6 x 2.6" in size
This is a Cheese cloth sew on type.
Very rare Advertising / Beer / Brewing memorabilia.
This one is in great shape, near perfect,
but over all really nice
and was never applied.
