This unit is a customer return for reasons that are not known. The Doona is in new condition. This includes the car seat and latch base. There may be damage to the packaging but the unit itself is undamaged. This unit is a sealed item, but the bags may have small rips due to shipping. Item is sold as is. Please see pictures for reference. This is an authentic Doona. We verify that the stroller has the Doona logo on it and is not a knockoff.
EXPIRATION DATES RANGE FROM 2025-2027. We are unable to comply with any customer requests for a specific expiration year.

RETURN & REFUND:
All returns MUST be authorized by kaspien and done through the eBay returns page. Please do not send back
products without contacting kaspien as the return address is different from the shipping address.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If a product arrives as defective or damaged in transit, please contact kaspien within 10 days of shipment. Products must not be used or expired, in the same condition that you received them and with their original packaging.
