Angelica Uniforms Beautify 2-hole side Mount Wall Mounted Bottle opener

Vintage Angelica Uniforms Beautify wall mounted stationary bottle opener, made by the Arcade Company in the 1920-30's timeframe.  Made of cast iron in the USA and is nickel plated.
These vintage openers are getting harder to find in any condition and this one is very nice (see photos).  More information can be found on it (and other stationary bottle openers) in the book:
