    1910s figural fish shaped bottle opener with gas key (see below) advertising "PRIDE OF THE VALLEY MALT SYRUP “NOTHING BETTER”". (Both Sides Shown).   Made By John L. Sommer Manufacturing Co.,  Newark, N. J.”, Designed By John L. Sommer, Design Patent No. 41,894 November 7, 1911.  JFO Style A-42-12. 3 1/8" Long. Very Good Condition.
    NOTE: Many older bottle openers have a small square hole called a "Prest-O-Lite Key". It was used to turn the valve on automobile gas headlights from about 1910 through the early 1930's before electric headlights were widely used.
