    Description

    1910s figural eagle head and bottle shaped bottle opener with gas key (see below) advertising "“ASSOCIATED BEERS” “PURE AS THE SUN'S RAYS” COLUMBUS, OHIO".  (Both Sides Shown).  JFO Style A-15-34.  Made By Crown T. & O. Co., Chicago Ill., Designed By Harry L. Vaughan, Design Patent No. 42,445 April 30, 1912. 2 7/8" Long.  Very Good to Excellent Condition.
    NOTE: Many older bottle openers have a small square hole called a "Prest-O-Lite Key". It was used to turn the valve on automobile gas headlights from about 1910 through the early 1930's before electric headlights were widely used.
